Randy Kennedy- Police Chief
Randy Kennedy has served as a Police officer since 1980. He holds a Degree in Criminal Justice Administration, and a Bachelors  in Business Administration. He has served Hughes Springs as Police Chief since 1997. He enjoys reading, movies, and kickboxing in his spare time. He is also a proud parent of two children. and G-Paw to two grandsons.
